Vlad Todorov is a partner at In Need Solutions LLC and specializes in tax preparation, tax compliance, bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting services for individuals and small businesses.
Vlad has built his career helping taxpayers and business owners navigate increasingly complex tax and accounting matters. Prior to joining In Need Solutions, he held tax preparation and leadership roles with national tax service organizations, where he advanced into management positions overseeing tax professionals and supporting a wide range of individual and business tax engagements.
In addition to his tax experience, Vlad has worked with entrepreneurs and small business owners across a variety of industries, including real estate, hospitality, healthcare, technology, and professional services. As a business owner himself, he understands the practical challenges clients face and focuses on delivering clear, actionable solutions.
Vlad is an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and a Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Taxation and has earned FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 certifications
