Viktor Vasilev is the founder and principal of In Need Solutions LLC, providing tax resolution, outsourced CFO, accounting, and bookkeeping services to individuals and businesses.
Viktor brings experience from both large organizations and entrepreneurial businesses. Prior to founding In Need Solutions, he held positions with Grant Thornton, Aspen Technology, New York Life, PeopleFluent, and DTCC. Since launching his practice, he has worked closely with business owners across a wide range of industries, helping them navigate tax compliance, IRS and state tax matters, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, payroll tax issues, and business planning.
His experience includes advising businesses with complex ownership structures, multi-entity operations, and domestic and international activities, while continuing to serve individuals and closely held companies with their day-to-day accounting and tax needs.
Viktor is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Bentley University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics.
